The Flavors

Crushin' it since 1906

Don't let the fresh taste fool you. Crush goes back. Way back.

A REFRESHING START

Clayton J. Howell partnered with Neil C. Ward to create the Orange Crush Company in 1916, but traces of the company date back to ten years earlier.

WHAT’S IN A NAME?

Ward perfected the exclusive zesty formula, but it Howell included "crush" in the name to refer to the process of extracting oils from oranges.

THE MORE THE MERRIER

By the late 60s, the Crush family included orange, lemon, lime, grape, cherry, and pineapple.

PEACH AND PUNCH

The 90s saw the addition of Tropical Punch Crush and Peach Crush.

WELCOME TO THE FAMILY

Crush joins Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc. And in 2010, debuts Crush Cherry, the first pure cherry flavored soda to enter the market in four years.

The Crush Craze

Over 100 years and seven flavors later, Crush is still a favorite. Whether you’re sipping on one at home, after a game-winning buzzer beater, or on the moon, there’s a Crush for everyone.
